FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is VOID?
VOID is an anime community that lives in WhatsApp. It has its own cards, Pokémon, casinos, clans, raids and economy, all tied to one player profile.
How do I join?
Pick a hub on the Groups page and join it on WhatsApp. The Nexus is the main hub.
How do I start playing?
Message the bot or use any hub and send /start followed by your name (3 to 16 characters). That creates your player. You can change it later with /rename.
How do I get into the Arcades or High Rollers?
Those hubs need a one-time registration. Send /register with the hub number, for example /register --arcade=1 or /register --highrollers=1. Use /register status to see what you have linked.
What are Fragments and Echoes?
Fragments (FR) are the main currency, earned from your /daily claim, games, quests and expeditions. Echoes are permanent prestige tokens earned from weekly quests, syndicate missions, world bosses, achievements and story quests, not from daily claims.
How do I claim my daily reward?
Send /daily once a day. Check your balance with /wallet.
Can people steal my Fragments?
Fragments in your wallet can be targeted by /rob. Fragments stored in your Fragment Vault are protected, so move what you want to keep safe with /deposit.
Where can I see all the commands?
Browse and search them on the Commands page of this website. In WhatsApp, send /help in any hub, or /help followed by a command name for its syntax.
Can I add the bot to my own group?
Yes. Send your group's invite link to one of the VOID bots in a private message. Moderators review each request. Groups normally need at least 30 members. A Premium member can submit one group under membership rules, with a lower minimum of 15 members.
I was scammed or I need help. What do I do?
Contact a moderator. You can find them on the Team page and in any hub. Keep screenshots of the conversation.
Does the website show my phone number?
No. The website uses public handles built from your VOID name. Phone numbers are never shown.
Why am I not on the website leaderboard?
Moderators and owners are hidden from public rankings. Everyone else appears once they're registered with the bot.
